I started the plan three days ago, and have been taking care to follow the meal plan online as well as exercise each day in addition to taking alli.
I have noticed several threads in the message board where some folks are saying that they've lost five or six pounds in just a few days. I am going to weigh myself once a week, but I can tell that I haven't had that kind of a weight loss yet. I don't expect to - I am assuming that the plan will allow me to lose 2 pounds a week. Am I correct? I want to be sure I'm understanding the program and want to keep my goals attainable and realistic.
I would like to mention that I am finding the plan easy to follow, and the meal suggestions and recipes are wonderful. Such a huge help! I'm grateful that you have this support system in addition to the medication. I didn't realize just how much fat I was consuming until I read through the books that came with my alli purchase. Such a small change to make, and hopefully it will yield big results over time. (Fingers crossed!)
