Ok here are the results of my 30 day challenge:
weight 157 +2
neck 13" same
arms 13" same
chest 39.5" -.5
waist 35" -1.5
hips 39.5" -.5
thighs 22.5" -.5 (I found out I am really measuring too high on the thigh rather than midway between the knee and top of the thigh~I stayed consistent with that but will change it now that I know!)
An overall weight gain of 2 lbs. ( don't believe it's muscle at this point!)
and loss of 3" (that's ok with the constant exercise)
