Yes, it is fine to use your Ab Lounger everday. To get the best results, just stay consistent with your cardio, strength training and of course, your diet. Adding some resistance (like a 5 or 10 lb. dumbbell) while performing sit-ups or crunches on the FitBall will provide a good ab workout. In that case, only do those every other day.
