    Nutrional Analysis of Recipes

I am new to the plan and really like it so far. I am working on incorporating some of my own recipes into my menu plan. Is there a way for me to do a nutritional analysis on this website? It would be great if I could plug in the recipe and find out if it is appropriate for me. Thanks!

Yes, you can actually enter your recipes and get your nutritional analysis at myalliplan. Go to myalliplan and follow the steps. If you have any questions ask the technical support staff under the main message board menu. Let me know if you have any further questions. Welcome on board!      The "Define New Recipe" function on myalliplan allows you to enter your own recipe, but you have to provide the nutritional data. I don't know of anywhere on the site to actually enter a full recipe and get the nutritional data from those ingredients.

However you can do that at this site:

    www.nutritiondata.com

Once you set up your "pantry" of items you are cooking with it is pretty thorough and straightforward.

    Best of success to you,

    Jim
