Hi Dawn;  You are up the street from me I am in Bonita Springs, FL. and  you will lose your 85 lbs.  We are all in this together.  Just think positive and think about how healthy and great you will look.  I am turning 60 in October and I am a young 60 I put all this weight on when I turned 50 and I tryed every diet on the market.  Because I have to stay within the fat grams I am sure that this program will give me my incentive to be healthier and more active so I can be a hot grandma for my grandkids...Did I mention that I am a young 60..

Hi Everyone! I am Brook and I live in Kentucky. I have been taking Alli since Wednesday and so far no TE. I am eating pretty good, but when I am home I want to eat ALL the time. I want to lose 33 lbs.

One thing I have learned this week is it doesn't matter how much I weigh, it is how I feel and look at myself. I know after 2 kids my body will probably never be the same no matter how much weight I lose, I want to be beautiful in my eyes.

Now  weight 156

Goal  weight   125

Anyone in Fort Bragg California??  I am guessing not, but it would be great if there was.   

I see a few from CT too, I am about 15 min north of Waterbury. I would also be intrested in diet buddies- I have about 200 lbs to lose so can use all the support I can get.
