    Sushi?

Can someone give me a good site for determining the nutritional value of sushi? There are so many variations, different fish, seaweed or not, rice or not, avocado, carrots, etc... I use fitday.com a lot but they don't have a lot of sushi options in there lists.

    Re: Sushi?

I usually use this site: www.calorie-count.com Is has an extensive list of food items. Let us know if you need any further help, Sylvia Melendez-Klinger, MS, RD, LD, CPT - registered dietitian

    Re: Sushi?

I couldn't figure it out either, so I just went for it one night. I didn't have any "treatment affects" afterward. I ate

    cup of miso soup

    2 pieces of eel (nigiri)

    1 unagi hand roll

    2 pieces of tuna (nigiri)

1 piece of yellow tail (nigiri)

4-5 pieces of other rolls (tuna, eel)

1 piece of flying rowe (nigiri)

it was alot of sushi and it tasted great with no effects!
