Okay - here's some tough love for you: You know what you have to do. You need to take the Alli no matter what. Even if you have "celebrations" or "work related events". This is simply part of life and you have to deal with it. If you take the Alli, then you have to "think" about what you are putting into your mouth. Isn't that the behavior got you in trouble in the first place? I know that's what put an extra 50 pounds on me - not thinking about what went into my mouth.
I make sure I pop that capsule quickly before any special event to keep me honest. Try doing that & I promise it will help to keep you on track.

These are some good suggestions -- tough as they are! Alli is about commitment and taking the responsibility to stay on track. Sometimes that's harder than others.
Make a list of some activities you can use to divert your attention when you're wavering. Call a friend, clean out a closet, go for a walk, come to the Message Boards...ANYTHING to distract you.
We're all here to help everyone. And you all do a great job of helping each other. For situations like this, I suggest posting on the Ask our Dietitian; or the Personal Experiences message boards rather than the Recipe board.
