    Re: 2 weeks in

Hey Brandy!!  I am two weeks in and have lost 6lbs.  My ultimate goal is 100, so that is 95 to go!!!  Keep up the good work.  What motivates me is seeing that scale needle creeping the "other way" for once.

    Re: 2 weeks in

Hi! If you are not loosing as much as you'd like (ideally 2-3 pounds a week), then maybe you are eating more than you think (try measuring and writing everything down), or you may have a drink or 2 at night which is sabbotaging your efforts. I know because I have experienced all of these problems! When I am careful, I lose. When I slip up, I gain some back. For me (and maybe for you) it is about willpower and being organized (shopping for proper foods and preparing/measuring/writing down food choices. Keep it up! I'm at 7 pounds in 5 weeks, despite my pitfalls. I plan to keep going and be good most of the time! You can too! Dawn

    Re: 2 weeks in

Hi - I'm 2 wks in and have only lost 2lbs so I think 5 is great! I'm kind of disappointed with my results. For all the cut backs I have been doing, I think I would have lost 2lbs w/out taking Alli. So I'm wondering if I'll keep it up after my 30day trial. I have 20lbs to lose altogether. It is helping me stay on my diet just because I'm afraid of the TE's but doesn't seem to be helping me lose more than I normally would on a diet.

    Re: 2 weeks in

I have lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks, and feel really good. I have 20 more to go. I don't think I lost anything until the 2nd week, and it has been about 1 lb per week, as they recommend. I am so glad I can eat my favorites - carbs! I eat a bagel with non-fat cream cheese and jelly almost every day & cereal with 1% milk everyday.  Subway is a great option. The hardest part is cutting way back on cheese. I have an apple or orange at night before I go to bed. So, hang in there, you are right on schedule.
