    Re: CHEEEESE!!

I think Kraft sells no fat in the shredded cheese. Our grocery store sells a local brand of low fat string cheese. My down fall is also cheese, so I know what you are going through. Good LucK!!

    Re: CHEEEESE!!

Another cheese lover.I dont like the fat free or low fat so i use the real stuff .I use cooper american  which is a sharp american. My daughter and  i could wipe out a half pound in a week,I have a ham and cheese sandwhich use 98% ham an one slice of the cooper (no sneaking in a piece for tasting)Its 9 grams of fat.For a snack i have the 95 % popcorn then sprinkle dry parmesan on it.Have you tried the Farmers breakfast on the Alli menu site. Its potatoe, ham, cheese and egg beaters .Its very good if i have it for lunch i use the real cheese so i get all my fat grams.

    A fellow cheese lover

    Re: CHEEEESE!!

I am from Wisconsin also, and yes my love of cheese is strong. I tried the fat free american cheese by Kraft it is fine if you eat it cold, but it turns into a gooey mess when you heat it up.

I sure do miss cheese and crackers for my snacks, of course it had to have some summer sausage on it too. I ate that during christmas.  I had a total of 6 of them and suffered treatment effects to the extreme, when I plugged the food into the nutrition log I discovered I consumed a total of 51 fat grams in just that snack....along with 630+ calories

    I'm crazy about cheese, too!

I like the string cheese, also and I discovered I think it's Cabot reduced fat cheese.

    All varieties are heavenly!!
