Combine all ingredients except shrimp & place in crock pot. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high . Add shrimp last hour of cooking. Serve over hot cooked rice.
I made this last night. :) It was really good. I did add some things such as one red bell pepper and a couple of chopped up boneless skinless chicken tenders.
