    Re: weight watchers

I just started cutting back on calorie/fat intake yesterday and I joined the gym and I will start Weight Watchers on Thursday along with Alli.  I am 5'6 and 263 pounds, my goal weight is 150.  I went to the gym the first time this morning and it was hard getting started but after I did it I felt better.  I just feel down because I have alot of weight to lose and a long way to go and it just seems that it will take me forever to get there.  I was just hoping that someone has a little info on the success of Alli with WW.

    Re: weight watchers

I have been on weight watchers for 1 1/2 year. I started when my youngest was only a month old. When I began WW, I was at 250. I have since lost 65 pounds. It took me a very long time to lose that weight because I also nursed my daughter. I would like to lose 35 more pounds, and I decided to combine alli with WW to reach my goal.

    Re: weight watchers

I just started yesterday with alli but I went shopping for lunch food for work and found that the weight watchers sweets are low cal and low fat. I also have the Smart Ones meals that are under the weight watchers plan they show on the front of the meal the fat and cal on it and they taste good!! I have done weight watchers before and I find that a lot of the low fat low cal thing were the good things that you could eat on that diet as well.

    Re: weight watchers

I do buy the smart ones meals and all of the weight watchers snacks and they are very good.  I just have a husband who likes a four course meal and its very hard to cook for him and eat seperatly. He will eat what I cook ofcourse but he always wants to cheat and we are both trying to diet but he is not very good with helping me with the willpower thing at all so its just very hard
