I guess it goes by how much you weigh and your height that determines your calorie intake and your grams of fat. My calorie is 1800 and total fat grams per meals is 19 also. I weigh 216 and my height is 5'3. I guess as we loss weight and enter our info in the system, the numbers will down on how many calories and total fat grams per meal. I 've been keeping way below my total for every meal. I am not doing that on purpose, it's just that I am trying to eat better and if I try to eat my total grams of fat, I'll over eat. Hope this helps
