     Hi Everyone,

     It's been a long stressful week. I tried to follow my eating guidelines and take my Alli capsules as much as possible.

     I'm down 2 lbs this week. I'm 192 lbs. Getting closer and closer to my short term goal of 190 lbs. I feel really good about losing weight and eating healthier.

    Today I weighed in at 191 lbs. Just 1 more lbs to go til I achieve my short term goal weight.

    It has now been one year that I have been taking Alli.  I fell off the wagon for a few months due to gallbladder problems and surgery.  Gained back a few but still down by 48 since last June.  As of yesterday I am back and going full throttle on the program again.   Swimming daily, following the food plan and logging everything that goes into my mouth (good or bad).  Time to get these last 40 off for good.

    I was 186 last week or so. Now I'm back to 188. My jeans size has gone from a 17/18 to 13/14 (bought new jeans this weekend and gave away my old ones).

    I aced my short term goal of 190 lbs, so gaining 2 lbs doesn't feel bad.

    I haven't been eating my calories or exercising for the past 2 weeks, so it's back to the gym today.
