I was 186 last week or so. Now I'm back to 188. My jeans size has gone from a 17/18 to 13/14 (bought new jeans this weekend and gave away my old ones).
I aced my short term goal of 190 lbs, so gaining 2 lbs doesn't feel bad.
I haven't been eating my calories or exercising for the past 2 weeks, so it's back to the gym today.
