Do I need to take Alli before I go out drinking alcohol? I drink Miller Lite beer in a bottle. I know it has no fat but would it help to take a pill before I go out? Going out is about the only me time I get. I am a single mom of 6 and I enjoy having "my" time. I just started Alli today. Any answers will help.

The pill won't help with alcohol, but if you're like me and have a few chicken wings with your beer :), then you might want to take a pill if you eat then.  Otherwise, I think it is probably a waste.

I agree with me time, too!

alli blocks about 25% of the fat you eat. There is no interaction between alli and alcohol, but alcohol is high in calories and could sabotage your weight loss efferts so be sure to count those calories!
