    Recommended Water?

    I am use to at least 64 oz of water a day. However when I put in my water it says not recommended.  Why?  No matter what I put in it says this.

     I start the pills Thursday.

    You are right to keep your fluid intake up so stick with your 64 oz of water. I will check into why you are getting that message. Betty Kovacs, MS, RD
