I posted on 1-09 and am the only one to not have a reply , even from the moderator. Just a continuance of my life . Lost listen and use my ideas and few respond. Oh wel I guess I will just have to be the lone leader again and out perform all of you regardless. Also where is the area for posting activity and other , i cant find it. My first check in is this monday .

There are many most recient post . please be more specific as to where the info is.  Last night I climbed down into a vertical mine shaft about 40 feet to inspect a amathist vein my club is tying to develop for member collection.

 Up in the right hand conner is a search.Click on it and you can search by your name in the written by.then click on your post and you can read what was posted.I had a lot of problems when i started Alli at being 306 pounds.Some one recommended chair exercises and i started doing them.They helped a lot .
