    Re: Lean Cuisine Meals

Hi everyone. Right now I'm in the free trial phase & will start alli on 2/3/08. I also like Lean Cuisine & Healthy Choice. While reading over the various posts in this categories, especially the one about gaining 23 lbs. back, I got to thinking that maybe these "quick-fix" meals would serve us better if they were used sparingly. I only say that, because if you don't cook, jmeasure & watch your portions yourself, then you're not really learning how to eat correctly. I could be wrong. Any thoughts? Wish me luck starting Sunday! (I pick Super Bowl Sunday of all days!!!!!)

    Keep up the good work.

    Hi forty7minus3

I start Alli tomorrow, and I'm with about having to calculate when making your owm meals.

My concern is the sodium in  lean cuisine and weight watchers.

    thanks

    Re: Lean Cuisine Meals

another good thing to point out about lean cuisine is that most of the dinners all say "no preservatives"!

There has been mention of cooking your own meals vs. these prepared meals.  I have found that eating these prepared meals has helped me realize what a serving of chicken, vegetables, rice, etc... looks like.

I usually only eat these prepared meals for lunch, and usually try to prepare my own dinner if I have time...lol

    Good luck to everyone:)
