You will, there are many many programs I tried and it failed for me, too.. This is the first time in many many years that pounds have been just dropping off. For this I am doing it cause my doctor wanted me to get some fat out of my blood, she was worried about my heart. She knows that i have worked on many ways of trying to get this off. And nothing worked at all.. Was gaining and gaining ..I have had foot surgery, to remove a Heel spur, and my foot was in so much pain for a couple of years.. just to walk and work was hard.. But I know this weight has to come off.. for many reasons.
dont be jealous, just keep at it.. I write down what I eat, I keep track of how much fat grams, and how many calories in everything i put in my mouth.. I have learned that if I forget to eat, and I am not a person that eats alot.. that the doctor told me, Everything I do it.. Turns to Fat cause My mind is saying I am in Starving mode. So that is a factor to look at.
Eat at least 3 times a day, and take a fruit for a snack...
You will make it.. keep on trying GlidewellA... You will make it too..
