I have started the low fat diet (recipies) from the book, I am confused if I do not follow the book recipies, do I do a low fat diet..I am suppose to be at 1800 calories and 30 grams of fat??? Please help b/c I am ready to start loosing!!!!
you are suppose to keep in your guidelines and the books diet is a recommendation. I haven't followed it at all, just keeping the calories and fat at the recommended allowance or a bit under.
Keep low fat or you'll have treatment effects.

The goal is to stick with your calorie and fat goals regardless of whatever plan you are following. You need the calorie reduction for the weight loss and the fat grams for your Alli to work optimally. Good luck, Betty Kovacs, MS, RD
