Cost to buy The Plans menus

I want to buy the food on the Heartland or Freshmarket shopping list, but I have no idea how much it will cost. Has anyone bought all of it and know how much it cost you?

    Thanks in advance!

Re: Cost to buy The Plans menus

I am trying to follow my week 2 Heartland menu and I spent about $140 - but I had to do some general stocking up on some things (wheat germ, certain spices) that I won't have to buy every week. I think it will be somewhat pricey because of all the fresh veggies, fruits etc.. I think it will average thought to about $80-90 per week if I follow the plan exactly.

Thanks joturbin! Do you mind me asking if you buy this just for yourself, or if it's enough to also feed your family? I have a husband, no kids, and I would like to know if that menu would be enough to fee both of us. Thanks!
