Great job!!!
I just started this Tuesday and I already know I will be successful if I just stick with it. I feel great because I am making good food choices and, as a result, I do not feel like I am starving or deprived. I, of course, would love to wake up and be thin, but I really want to lose it at a moderate rate so that my body and mind have time to adjust. I don't want to have to worry about sagging skin or not learning how to maintain healthy eating habits for a lifetime. Otherwise it is just a crash diet and I am through with those.
