Yes, Slim Fast would be a great idea. I buy the optima shakes because it keeps you full up to 4 hours. and thats great for me because im always always hungry, so My fave shake is the cappucino it tastes soo yummy and it tastes like i went to starbucks and had a frap! anywho yes slim fast is good i never tried the bars tho.. I just bought slim fast yesterday afternoon. I know you can go to costco and sams club and buy larger quantities. I dont like lean cusines only because they dont fill me up. so i eat south beach diet frozen meals. They are high in protien and fiber and they are still under 12 grams of fat. I get mine at super walmart by me and they are only $2.15. Plus They are cheaper than lean cusines! and you get waay for food and veggies. I had started alli a few months ago and at 1st i was very dedicated and its very hard for me to stick to something. But Today Im going to start taking alli again. When i get my chocolate craving i just eat jell-o sugar free banna and chocolate fudge pudding, low in fat and cals! you can also look for low-fat string cheese! IF YOU BUY A WEIGHT WATCHERS MAGAZINE THAT HELPS ALOT.. I HAD NO IDEA ALL THE WEIGHT WATCHERS PRODUCTS THEY HAD LIKE : ICE CREAM,BREAD,BAGELS,ENGLISH MUFFINS, STRING CHEESE AND ICE CREAM ETC.GO BUY A WEIGHT WATCHERS MAGAZINE IT WILL GIVE U GOOD COOKING IDEAS!
