Alli and Hoodia; is it safe?

Hi, I am a little concerned about something I'm doing, I started my Alli plan 2 weeks ago and just yesterday I started taking Hoodia, the reason I am taking it is that I still get very hungry between meals and I have a lot of unhealthy cravings and I know that Hoodia suppresses your appetite; I've done a lot of research and it's a genuine brand, but I want to know if it's safe to use Hoodia and Alli at the same time, Hoodia calls for 2 pills before a meal and that's it for the rest of the day.

So do you think this is safe?

    Thanks

The Alli label is clear about not taking Alli with any other weight loss supplements.  I suggest you follow that recommendation.

    I hope this helps.

Re: Alli and Hoodia; is it safe?

But is Hoodia actually a weight loss supplement?

As far as I knew it's just an appetite suppressent so you don't fall into temptation of eating when you're not supposed to.

    Am I wrong?

Re: Alli and Hoodia; is it safe?

It is not approved as a weight loss supplement, nor are they any clinical studies that demonstrate that it is and/or if it's an appetite suppressant.  Because it's a "supplement" there are no regulations that monitor its safety or efficacy.
