    On the go breakfasts

so yippee... I started today... although I am not a breakfast fan.  I am wondering if anyone uses Slim Fast meal replacement bars - ie.. for breakfast?  if not does anyone have any quick on the go lunches... little prep work - I enjoy my sleep and don't have alot of time to prepare anything.

    Thanks

    Brooke

    Brooke,

I don't use the slimfast bars, but have enjoyed the FiberOne bars for breakfast in the morning it fills me up enough to get me through until mid morning for a piece of fruit. Good luck. Cindy

For breaskfast I have slim fast. I have a one year old and a 4 week old so I dont have time to be in the kitchen preparing a fancy breakfast. As long aas you stay withing your calorie and fat intake you should be fine! Good Luck!

I starte my diet today and will start alli on Sat. I also do not like breakfast. I bought some cuve diet breakfast bars and put them in the glove box of my car, since I'm always n the go. I also bought some rice cakes to snack on.
