    I'm not supposed to start taking mine until Friday, but I was wondering for any of you that have had treatment effects. When does it happen? Is it right after you eat or is it 2 hours later?

     Also if anyone has eaten a meal of 19 grams or less, and how long they wait to eat dessert? Thanks
