Welcome its great that you started ^_^, I recently began mine too its been 1 or two weeks. Me being from puerto rico we are used to frying a lot especially the Plantains but I found out thanks to Jossy and the website they told me about. The Guineos are bananas except in the green form which I like them boiled and plain I eat half of one. The batata is sweet potato that isn't my fav. but I prefer to eat it when its been oven roasted. But check out the website that jossy posted for the amounts in the Guineos and batata, which in english they are Green Bananas and Sweet potato.

Alli has changed how I read labels greatly like today my brother wanted those apple turnovers in the package that thing had 430 calories and 22 fat O_O I was like NO way I used to eat those hahahah. But the way to go is to follow the serving sizes on all the labels and check labels for fat, everything i have bought is fat free, ohh and I just found out today that there is a Ham that is fat free, I didn't know that til today.
Letty to get you started you should check out the alli meal plans, they have recipes you can eat for a whole week, the sizes and not to mention the shopping list of the things needed. That can get you started on the right foot. Once you do the 3 days then take the pills and you should have no side effects. Don't forget the VITAMIN very important.
For me its going good I exercised for 60 mins 5 days a week just playing DDR and that big ball thing I just got forgot the name its a very Huge ball.
