I started at 187, I'm 138-140 now, I seem to be steady around that weight now for a the last two months. With the exercise ball, I'm starting to show muscles in my stomac and with the DDR my legs are looking good. Anyway I feel really good. Thanks for the translation of the names there, I from California, live in Miami now and I usually get confuse, and don't know what they are talking about when they mention guineos, batata, yucca, morongo, etc. I always eat that stuff here now, and it's definitely good to know the calorie and fat content.
