    Cranberry-Mandarin Jello

I am not sure of the calories in this but there is 0 fat. I have been making this for years for my father-in-law who is diabetic. It fulfills that sweet tooth monster!

2 small packages of sugar-free cranberry jello (strawberry also works), 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 can sugar-free jellied cranberry sauce, 1 cup boiling water, 1 1/2 cups diet lemon-lime soda

I use a nice decorative bowl and mix this right in it. Chop up the cranberry sauce. Sprinkle jello on top and pour boiling water on top. Stir until jello is dissolved, some lumps of cranberry will remain. Drain oranges and pour in add lemon-lime soda. Mix lightly, cover and let refrigerate several hours or until jelled.
