    Desserts?

If a lot of chocolate and the desserts shown in the recipes section have 0 grams of fat or low (under 5 grams) then why are you not allowed to eat chocolate or desserts?

You can have chocolate  and dessert but be very careful.I have the skinny cow fudge bars for snacks and also the weight watchers chocolate cake. (there no bigger than my thumb but are so good)The tempation is there to eat several but can have only one.Theres also a cake made with diet soda on the receipe pages and you could use the chocolate with no fat cool whip.I also have fat free puddung with fat free cool whip or lite cool whip depending on what ive eaten taht day.

    Re: Desserts?

First - who said you weren't allowed to eat chocolate or desserts ?

Second - even though a dessert may have 0 gram or under 5 grams, you also need to look at the calorie count, sugar count, etc.  That's where it'll get you !!!!
