    Low-fat easy cake

    If you are craving cake...

Any regular box mix of cake mixed with one can of diet pop.  Do NOT add anything else (eggs, oil, water, etc...) Bake at suggested time and temperature.

Actually more moist than usual.  I am not suggesting you eat cake on a regular basis, but it is better than a candy bar or drive-thru!

    Re: Low-fat easy cake

Add a bag of frozen blueberries and raspberries to the bottom of the pan before adding the other ingredients (make sure you don't stir after you add the diet soda)  I use a 16oz size of diet sprite and a yellow cake mix.  Cover with aluminum foil an bake at 350 for 30 minutes and then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with FF cool whip.  A real yummy treat.

    Re: Low-fat easy cake

I tried the lemon cake mix with the sprite zero and it came out with 170 calories and 3.5 grams of fat for each cupcake; I made 12.  Hope this is of some help...
