    SCARED

    Ladies,

I need help.  I have just purchasd my Alli and nervous to take a pill.  I know I do not eat the right foods at times, but eat very little.  MUST BE THE WRONG FOODS.  I am to start my diet today.  Therefore, I had a tuna sandwich on a peter pocket with very little Miracle Whip along with a few potato chips.  I know I more than likely will not eat supper due to being just too busy.  Will I still need to take the pill tonight.  Must it be taken with food.  I am so worried about TE's that I am scared to take the pill.  I am afraid I will not make the bathroom. Any advice will be greatly appeciated.

Welcome aboard Cookie.  Don't be afraid--get educated.  Do not start your diet or the pill until you have read everything.  You have to know the calories and fat grams of everything before you put it in your mouth.  I don't know how tall you are, but you are the same weight I started at 3 weeks ago, so I am going to assume you are on the 1800 cal/19g fat schedule.  I am assuming you crossed out the potato chips because you did not eat them, right?  If you did, you may have some issues if you took the pill.  Why don't you read the material that came with your starter pack and if something doesn't make sense, post another note.

    Good luck.

cookie, You have to take the pill every meal that has fat in it.  But, whatever you eat make sure you know how much fat grams your eating.  I have not had any problems I have been on the alli since Friday.  I think I have already lost some weight.
