Not sure why you can't print the coupon - click on the 1st little block at the bottom of the top ad on the home page - that'll bring up the ad for the coupon.  Then hit the download coupon now link under that.  You'll have to answer some question.  Depending upon your answers you can get a $15 coupon off a 90 count starter kit or $5 off a refill kit.

 

I've done exactly that, but when I click on the "To print your coupon, click here" link, I get a page which says I have to activate the SmartSource Coupon Printer, and that just doesn't work on my system.  Suz

Finally got mine to print.  You need to set a default printer first if you have more than one. Then it will print.

What am I doing wrong? I can't get my coupon to print ...HELP!

It's not an "Alli" website issue it's probably the "active-x" program not working for you, which you need to have to print the coupons.  Go to PC pitstop and make sure your pc is set up correctly (I print coupons all the time - but it took me several times at work yesterday to get it to work) ...  http://pcpitstop.com/testax.asp

I had a hard time getting one to print.  My printer was not set correctly at first. Once I got the printer fixed and tried to reprint it, they would not let me.  I reset my cookies and deleted the history and it still would not let me.  I went to another computer in the house, signed up with a fake profile and was finally able to print it just fine.  Their system must recognize your IP address or something so that you can't trick it into letting you print more than one coupon.  It was really a pain and I almost gave up on it.  It seems a little overboard.  I wish they would just email you the coupon or something.

I had the same problem.  I downloaded the ActiveX controller, but still received an error message when trying to print.  I have gone to pc pitstop and confirmed that my ActiveX controller is installed correctly and now when I try to print again I get a message that says the print limit on this offer has reached it's limit.  This sucks.  I have talked to several people who have had great success with this product and I wanted to start it on Monday.  At this point I am hesitant.  It is pretty expensive and the coupon was what pushed me to go ahead and commit to it. 

 

The very same thing happened to me, 15 bucks is a substantial savings but if you can't get to it....?! I have even written to the ALLI people thinking someone could possibly MAIL a coupon to me, but no response....not very good PR, I'd have to say.

I'm not trying to get a multitude of coupons, I haven't been able to get ONE...I'm giving up..it is too much of a pain in the rear.

The $15 is for NEW users to Alli - those that have never registered on the site.  Hate to tell someone to "fib" but to qualify for the $15 coupon you need to put a user id/email address that you don't have registered here !

The $5 coupon is for the refill pack.

 

 

I am a "NEW" person, I just registered. It still won't allow me to get my coupon...how terribly frustrating.....
