As far as I can see the coupon is for the starter pack(90). You have to click on the download coupon when you click on home it comes up for like 2 seconds then you have to click on new or restarting.

the smart coupon printer active-x also prompts a security alert - so if you have any type of security software installed, it probably won't allow you to print it off.  They should just email it or have it pop over into a pdf document so we can print it off.

This is the worst site!  I work in an IT Department and still can't get the coupon to print!  And YES, I have the ActiveX controls set correctly and the default printer set.  I've also tried this on two other computers with different operating systems and still no luck.  They obviously don't care about their customers - look at all these postings with problems!

It's OBVIOUS that they don't give a crap, they don't even bother to respond to any questions that are presented to them. You'd think that they just might TRY to answer them, or at least try to FIX what is wrong with their wesbite...

 I'm not able to download coupon either. You'd think they could just send you a coupon.

I was able to download and print the coupon.  But it was only for $5.00 off!

I did the same thing this morning and it was also for only $5. What happened to $15???

As stated previously - the $15 is for "new" users to the Alli site.  The form forces you to give them a new user id & email address.

I was pretty annoyed to discover that current users could not download the $15 coupon.

I paid full price for my starter kit and am now 'penalized' for starting last month instead of this month.  If your marketing strategy was to piss off your current customer base, you have successfully accomplished that.

I wouldn't be too upset if I were you. I am new and I could not download the coupon like many on this thread and probably hundreds that don't take the time to come here and complain. I hate when companies act as if they want to give you something, when all they really want is you personal information for their database. Ah,... corprate america still doesn't get it, they are obsessed in thinking they have to trick us  into doing things instead of being upfront and honest. They are scared that someone might take advantage of them, which is the case here so they create a marketing plan and web site that defends against a few that might take advantage of this coupon, by making it to difucult for the masses to even use resulting in the alienation of the customers they were trying to reach in the first place. as well as the existing customer who never got to take advantage of the discount program. Brilliant!

Well I did get it downloaded and wasted my printer ink, because Wal-Mart wouldn't take it. Why can't the website just send us that are registered a coupon once in a while. $70.00 a month is expensive I can go to say curves for 29.00 per month. But I thought I'd give this a try. Like you say they like to trick a person. Like the 2 freeloads for a reward, you have to join the club to get them, I don't want to join a song place and pay money for months and it takes months to get them to stop taking money out of your credit card. I'm new to Alli too and can't download it either.  But, I just read that Walmart won't take the coupon anyway; is that the truth? 

Well they won't take it where I live in Wisconsin. The checkout girl looked at it and said they don't take printed off coupons. next time I will go to Wal-Greens.

Why is there so much negativity about these stupid coupons & rebates?  GSK doesn't have to offer us anything whether it be the coupons/rebates OR the "rewards" they have given us the first 14 or so weeks once you start Alli.

No one is trying to trick anyone ... this isn't a bogus product .. this isn't a scam.
