Good evening... thought I'd throw in my 2 cents
I'm 2 days shy of my month on the program. Here are my stats...I weighed 174 lbs, in 3 weeks I lost 8 1/2 lbs. to put me at 165.5 lbs. My weigh day is in 2 days and I'm banking on 10 lbs lost in 4 weeks. I'm 5'4" and I'm currently eating 1800 cals per day and minimum 50 fat grams per day, 15 minimum at mealtimes. The program works...no, it is not too much food, I'm close to losing 10 lbs on 1800 calories per day...that's the beauty of this program.
Okay, that being said, I can't wrap my head around being full at 1200ish:-).It's probably the way the folks who can't wrap their head around eating 1800 calories feel :-). I guess in my mind if I were comfortable, full and eating properly at 1200 calories throughout my life I wouldn't have ever had a weight problem :-). Unfortunately I love to eat, so here I am.
