    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!!  I HAVE LOST 5LBS SINCE THE15TH AND FEEL GREAT, I KINDA HOPE IT WILL STAY AT FIVE POUNDS A WEEK I HAVE ABOUT 60 POUNDS TO LOSE AFTER HAVING 3 KIDS IN 4 1/2 YEARS!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

    I've lost 8 lbs since last friday when i started taking it. A pound a day seems like a lot. I mean I'm not complaining.

     I started on Tuesday the 19th and normally when dieting I weigh in everyday and it drives me nuts...well today was the first day I weighed myself and I'm down 3lbs. I'm 5*6 and started 207, now 206

    I have a feeling its these TE's.  First 2 days I was fine and yesterday and so far this morning I am running to the potty every 1/2 hour.  No orange stuff like mentioned here, just soft stools.  I read in the book that in the beginning you can have more TE than normal so I'm hoping this is just the case.  

    I'm doing just about exactly 15g per meal and to be honest I'm not really counting my calories, I'm just eating more veggies and everything so far has been on the grill.

    I started on June 18th 248lbs I'm only  5'4. 39 years old and a mom of 3. Following LC diet....this is what I ate yesterday. 1 Apples for breakfast cup Raisin bran 2% Milk, lunch turkey sand mustard, raw carrots, dinner big salad a low fat dressing bake ckn beast  desert I'm not really a sweet eater so I have a yogurt . I weighed myself this morning weighed 239 so it's coming off.  I love it and the oily stools aren't that big of an issue when you eat right basically. you create your own problems..... But the best thing I could have done was quit dinking Pepsi and coke that's where 90 % of my calories were coming in.  I walk in the evenings now I go for a 30 min walk And that's all since the 18th.

    I have been on ALLI since 6/15.  The first three days I saw no "effects" and no weight loss.  Day four no "effects" no weight loss.  I have been eating low fat.  Well, I weiged in today, one week later, and I have lost 4 pounds.  From what my nutritionist and the literature in the starter kit says, don't weigh yourself everyday.  Because I was doing that and I was getting upset, but today I was very happy.

     However, I started to get the "effects."  Nothing uncontrollable.  I have been reading some of these posts and people are saying that this is happening to them even though they are eating 15 grams of fat or less.  But we have to remember that this pill rids 25% of the fat we take in.  So even if you taken in 8 grams of fat you are going to have the side effect, but it will be controllable.  The more fat you eat means the more effect you will have. 

    Don't get discouraged, I have about 40 more pounds to loose.  I am so much more cautious about what I am putting into my body.

     We could do it!

     7lbs. in 7 days, at this rate I'll hit my goal of a total of 45 lbs at the end of July !!!

    I have been on since Monday June 21 and I have lost 1.6 pounds!  I am very excited about it because I have not been able to get the scale to move in quite some time.  I have about 20-25 pounds to lose- the final pounds and they get harder and harder to come off once you get closer and closer to goal weight.  I have not had this much of a drop in a long time.  I have been eating a healthy low fat low calorie diet for 2 years now (it took 2 years to take off 50 pounds in diet and exercise alone) and exercising, so it must be Alli that caused this nice jump!  I am currently training for a triathlon, so I am exercising more than normal these days, so between that and Alli, I feel like it is working!  Plus, I have not had any TE.  I think as long as you stick to your fat gram allowance, you are A-OK.

    I  started 6/16 and have lost 3lbs.  I'm actually having a problem getting in all my calories and fat grams per day.

    Well I started Alli last Sunday, I've watched myself very carefully and peeked at the scale only once until today. I'm down 5 lbs!!! Very happy about it.

     I also keep my alli pill tote on my desk at work and have found three other people in our office that are going to try alli. They've all bought the starter packet but didn't know anyone that had tried it. I gave them my wisdom from my first week; stay the course, don't eat extra fat, watch the calories, no treatment effects. Now two of them are going to start their pills this weekend. It will be nice to have each other in the office for the support.
