tstorrs:
you've lost 33lbs.?? that is awsome. your just on break and whats great is you have a vision and a plan and will be losing more soon!!
I'd lost 37 pounds before I went a little nuts. I had gained 4 pounds the last time I weighed myself.... that was quite a while ago. I'm guessing I've gained a few pounds since then (I'm pretty sure I have).
Did I already say that I had a negative pregnancy test this morning? Anyway, if I didn't already say that, it was negative - I'm gonna test myself once more and if its negative tomorrow, then I'm probably not pregnant. So.... starting tomorrow - I've got to get back on track! Its supposed to be beautiful tomorrow so I'm gonna try to go running in the morning.
Why do you say O Jacob and complain O Israel, "My way is hidden from the LORD, my cause is disregarded by my God?" Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is an everlasting GOD, the creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired and weary and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

final goal: to look good in a bikini, to be strong, firm, and healthy, to be a good example to my children and patients,
to be at peace with food - to eat when hungry and stop when satisfied and to have my mind full with other things other than food when its not time to eat. Eventually I want to live thin naturally and not have it be a struggle.
