I know that it's hard to imagine that eating more fat can be beneficial to your weight and health. There is research that shows that replacing carbohydrates with mono and polyunsaturated fats can positively impact your blood lipids so it's worth giving this a try. The goal is to eat a balanced diet so you need to watch the percent of calories from each of your nutrients.
