How do I stop receiving posts from a board even after I have opted out and changed the e-mail account in my profile!  I recieve, on average 10 - 15 e-mails on a daily basis.  I want this to stop and even after contacting your tech support they still keep coming.  please helpme make this stop

I agree.  No matter how many times I disable emails, they start coming again.  Why in the world is receiving emails even an option???  We can view the messages on the message board, and we sure don't need them filling up our inbox too.  Please figure out what is causing this problem.

Hi fitatforty and Rita,  I found the following on one of the threads that I was looking at and I followed the instructions and this worked for me.   Tina

 email subscriptions- Above each post there is the button “email subscription enabled/disabled”. By enabling the subscription you will receive messages to your email that notify you when somebody reply’s to your post. Click the button again to disable the subscriptions.  

Thanks Tina123_vt, but I have disabled and disabled and disabled, and I keep getting the emails.  It's as if every message thread I go into automatically re-enables the emails.  This just started happening a few weeks ago, and I've been using the message boards since November.  I sure hope the tech support can resolve this issue.  I am tired of having my email box filled with tons of emails!  TECH SUPPORT???

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stop the e-mails on my account.  I've changed it, and they still keep on coming.  I don't want to lose my job over this.

Finally, an acknowledgment of our request.  Now let's just hope they can do something about it.

i agree   PLEASE make them stop when you disable them.. why do you have to disable them almost daily????  thanks.kathy
