keep me going! i got bummed this am cause its my weigh in and i only lost 1lb., stinks! its been 5 weeks and i've lost 19-20 but its going really slow now. i've got to keep going tho so i can get to where i want. maybe i'll get some special k bars. i usally eat a bowl of corn flakes with skim milk and sometimes a piece of toast with very little marg. i usally don't eat my allowed fat but have been slacking lately. i drink alot too! coffee, sugar free fake juices stuff, diet soda or anything i can get with no nothing in it. i take green tea pills, little chronium and my fish oil.

i'm a mom of 9 and am 43 yrs. old. i've really got these rolls and gut in the last 8 months and just can't handle it. i started at 164 and am shooting for 140. can't wait to go harley riding with a tank top and no rolls!!!
