I don't know if this will help or not, but when I eat them, I eat VERY slowly. By the time I get to the last bite, it's very soft. That helps be not go back for seconds. It's kind of like my end-of-the-day reward for being good. After the kids go to bed, I exercise and then have my dessert. I know I'd probably lose weight faster if I didn't eat at night, but this seems to be working well for me.
