    SMOKED NECK BONES

I would like to know if anyone has any fat or nutrition information on smoked neck bones; I'm dying to cook some soon...

    Thanks in advance

Hi Skye, check out this link http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-meals-pork-neck-bones_f-Y2lkPTQwNDkxJmJpZD05MjkmZmlkPTY2MTE5JnBhcj1naGY.html

This says 65 cal and 4 g fat for 1 serving. I guess that means 1 neck bone. I don't know if I've ever eaten these before. Maybe in some collard greens. If your using them to flavor a dish, I don't think it would add too much fat and calories, as long as you don't go overboard. ;)
