    Re: Are you a Weeble?

Hi everyone. I'm still a weeble and waddling around. I've been going through a really hard time lately (lost my job, on the outs with my fiance, and a host of other problems). I gained 3 pounds 3 weeks ago and have stayed the same for the past 3 weeks. I am so disappointed in myself. I haven't worked out or stuck to my plan. As soon as something bad happened I went right back to the same old habits. I need a kick in the bottom to get going again. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am.

    Re: Are you a Weeble?

    Hi Tonya:

You must not be the only Weeble that had a little slip up cuz they've all slinked away it seems.  But can a Weeble slink?  Guess they waddled away.  Hey, stop beating up on yourself.  Get back on track.  Do it today.  Do it now.  A lifestyle change isn't easy to do and along the way we're gonna slip back into our old habits, especially during times of emotional stress.  You've had a lot going on lately and you got side tracked.  That's OK.  But it's not OK to let it totally sabotage your efforts.  If you're like me, once you slip up it is easier to just keep on doing the wrong things instead of jumping back on board right away like we should.  You know what you need to do.  You'll only be remorseful later on if you don't get back on track and get motivated again.  Do it for yourself because you're worth it.  The sooner you get committed to making this work for you, the sooner it will happen.
