My schedule is similar to yours... I take Trader Joe's frozen oatmeal, single serving, along with a plastic bowl, heat in microwave when I get to work, 3 mins. Filling and dee-lish. Bring apples, one with oatmeal, the other mid-morning. Also have Cascadian Farms or Nature Valley breakfast bars in my desk drawer, again, with fruit. Drink 32 oz water before lunch. Some mornings lately I need protein. Make turkey burger patty the night before, bring to work, eat slowly with high-grain bread. Hard-boiled eggs: eat one with yolk, need more protein, remove yolk and eat as is or fill with hummus.
