tiombe2000:-- don't dwell on the past just look forward to what the future has to hold and stop beating your self up when you get a chance please read this scripture in your own Bible and this will get you over the hard days and this is for all the friends that read this message (ps 130:3)  If errors is what he (GOD) --read the rest for your self.

(Psalms 130:3) read and keep the faith. MMiller

Re: temptation got the best of me

I don't officially start the program until tomorrow, but I can truly relate to your suffering! I have no willpower, and I love comfort food!! It would be hard for me to resist those things you gave in to, so you are not alone. Yesterday I made a half batch of monkey bread and I nibbled on it all day until it was gone! I'm really afraid to add up the fat content on that, let alone the calories. I should know better. BUT, we all slip once in a while and all we can do is pick ourselves back up and get back on track without beating ourselves up too much. (I say "too much" because I don't think we'd learn anything by that mistake if we didn't feel guilty about what we had done). Keep your chin up, and I will be right along with you in this struggle!!
