Wow, Thank you all for all of your wonderful responses.  I almost cried when I read them.  I will be sure to keep you posted on the maintenance.  Going to maintenance is a little scary and a new experience.  I am planning on finishing the bottle I have and then stop taking alli.  I will still continue the same diet and exercise plan.  I am also planning on using alli around the various holidays to keep myself from eating too much.  I don't want TE's. lol.  Since this post seemed to be helpful, I may repost it in another section on the message board minus some of my typos.  Thank you all for your kind comments and keep me updated.  When those 1 pounds add up to 10, then 15, then 20 pounds, it is a wonderful feeling.  I would love to hear about all of your little and big successes.

 Dave, it was great to hear from you.  I have been actually reading and keeping up with your success through your post for months.  You have been an inspiration to me.  I was wondering what you think of my maitenance plan and do you have any advice?

Hey Lafox, just a little suggestion, keep checking the posts and posting, this seems to help, especially while going thru hard times!! Love your maintenance plan and am looking forward to your reports!! Another Alli family member used the motto, PEP, plan, excersice and post!! Congrats hon, very proud of you!! Hugs,

hay Bug  what happen to the florida buddies?  and whats up with the ranking?  I am now 5 lbs below my goal weight.  10/25 will be 6 months since I met my goal.  I am still kayaking and working out and eating right.  Very rarely take the alli pills but still have a supply on hand.   Do we still get rewards?  Last one I got was in October is it because I met my goal?  Well hope to here from you soon.

Hey Jo, so glad to hear from u!! You all did a dissapearing act and I just stopped posting to myself! The FL buddies have not posted for the longest!! Guess that I am the only one that stayed on the board!! I guess that after the Holidays everyone went their own way!! I hear from Ang once in a while. Linda also touches bases, but we still have not been able to get together!! Care to start another FL buddies thread or get the other one up front? But I do mean it, I will not post to myself and look like I am psychotic, even if I may act like one sometimes!! Woman, you are doing absolutely fantastic!! I am ecstatic for you!! Congrats and big hug!!  The ranking is something relatively new, it depends on the number of posts you have written, not quite sure how it works!! I just saw rainbird and had to check out what you were up to!! About rewards, I do not know, I have not gotten one in the longest, did not even get the bag that I was suppossed to have gotten!! Humm what bag?  last thing I got was the measuring cups.  Well I printed out my coupon and got another bottle of Alli.  I reached my goal weight last October and been doing good through the holidays but for some reason 3 lbs have creeped up.  Last night we went to the race track and I had cheese fries!  So today I started on my alli and went kayaking for two hours.  Now how do I get the email telling me there is a new post?  I get some and dont know why?  How are you doing Elia?  Job & Home ok?  I got a forward joke from Linda and one from Angie a while ago.  Hope they are all sticking to the plan.

Jo hon, the bag is still lost in the mail, or Alli land!! To get the e-mails go to the top of the page and thre is an e-mail enable box, I try to keep mine disabled, too many e-mails!! Hey, you will get rid of those pounds in no time!! Job, gone, today I called in sick and they are paying two weeks for severance!! Company not doing well, bad decisions from owner 3 years ago are starting to show!! Family so so, I have an appointment for mom ar 1:30 PM to have her eye looked at!! I had been planning on having a "gym day" but guess it is not happening!! Hey, the one that I have not heard anything from is Cathy!! Wonder how she is doing?? I envy you and your kayak!!
