Well, what works for me is:
I eat no more than 1200 cal a day, and I haven't really noticed the fat grams, but I will check. Of course I go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week and get in about a 30-45 min workout....for now it's pretty much cardio, but I am thinking about getting a personal trainer ( so parts are starting to sag......lol). On the days I can't get to the gym I work out at home and involve my 2 yr old, he helps a lot ( use him as a human weight.....lol)
All-in-all what works for me might not be right for others, but doesn't hurt to try right?
