    Hey Sharon!

     

    Well, what works for me is:

    I eat no more than 1200 cal a day, and I haven't really noticed the fat grams, but I will check. Of course I go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week and get in about a 30-45 min workout....for now it's pretty much cardio, but I am thinking about getting a personal trainer ( so parts are starting to sag......lol). On the days I can't get to the gym I work out at home and involve my 2 yr old, he helps a lot ( use him as a human weight.....lol)

     All-in-all what works for me might not be right for others, but doesn't hurt to try right?

    That is so great!  Good for you.  Anyone who hasn't struggled with their weight certainly couldn't understand your excitement but I do.  Good for your hubby too!  Keep it up.

    I know you don't know me, but you are an inspiration to us all.  I am so proud that you hit one of your goals.  I was almost becoming discouraged, but then I found this support site.  In 2 months, I've lost 14lbs, so I'm still chugging along.

    Thanks for your tips!  I dont have a two year old to use as a human weight so I guess I'm on my own!!  lol.  Good luck to you and reaching your goal by May !st!!   You're an inspiration!
