i just started alli today, but started the alli diet last monday. ive eaten a fruit cup for breakfast and lean cuisine for lunch and dinner. snacks are usually a fruit cup or some sandwich meat because a few slices is usually only 1g of fat.
anyways, ive lost 9 pounds in one week just following the diet. im very excited and actually came on here to see if anyone else is doing lean cuisines. ive done low fat diets before and felt hungry all the time or craved other foods. but with lean cuisines ive got lots of selections and less chance of me breaking the diet.
so im excited to see what alli is going to do for me! im down to 169 now and im going for 140. good luck to all and id love to hear more about people eating the lean cuisines.
