    when should i eat breakfast?

     ok i just bought the product today and i will start to use the pills til next monday because i'm so scared of the side effects.......  but i have been working out and i have stoped with the junk food and cola for a bit now the thing is that i don't know if i should have breakfast or exercise first thing in the morning..... which is best and does it even matter?

    Hi Agent_hotpink,

    Welcome to the board! The best plan is the one that works for you. You can exercise in the morning and then have breakfast or exercise later on in the day. The one thing that you want to be sure to do is to have breakfast every day.

    Please don't fear the side effects.  I assume you mean the 'dreaded TEs'.  Honestly, if you follow the plan correctly you won't get them.  I promise.  Only when you eat too much fat will you have them.  And even then, their severity depends on how much fat you ate.  Going over your fat grams just a little may not cause them at all, or if they do you may merely have the orange, oily farts that can stain your undies.  Sorry, but that is the best way I know to describe them.  Sooooo...follow the meal plan and they won't happen.  Good luck on acheiving your goals.  Keep posting and let everyone know how you are doing.
