I feel like I am ating to much

I have been following my 1800 cal, 19g fat diet, but am having a hard time with it.  I feel like I am eating too much food.  I am having a hard time eating has the full amount of cal and fat that I am suppose at each meal.  I feel over full and not even hungry by the next meal.  I haven't started taking the alli yet, but am concerned that it may not be right for me if I can't follow the meal plan like they say you should.  Is it okay not to eat the full amount that I am allowed and still take the pills with out getting the effects?  Please help, I am so ready to lose this weight, but want to do it right.

    Thanks

Re: I feel like I am ating to much

Welcome on board!!  It is normal to feel full within the first few weeks after starting a healthy diet, especially when is high in fiber.

Because alli is a fat blocker, alli will block 25% of any fat you consume with your meals.  Therefore you can continue taking alli even if you leave some food in your plate.

If after a few weeks you still feel very full, contact the tech support forum in this message board so they can lower your calorie/fat levels.  Or, you may decrease the portion sizes in your meals or cut one of the snacks.
