Hey everyone,
During my cycle I tend to gain a couple/few pounds (according to the scale) so I've decided that maybe I shouldn't weigh myself during the week of "that time of the month" anymore. I don't want to get discouraged by the numbers even though I know it's just "that" but...the mind is a funny thing.
So, I won't have an official report this week within the message board, unless the numbers do something miraculous, so as not to discourage anyone. But that following week...be ready to "hear" it all! :)
